Online Meal Payment System for Parents

For parents that want to closely monitor what their children are buying and have the ability to add money to their lunch account online, there’s LunchPrepay.com. Lunch Prepay works with the Meals Plus cafeteria management software and is currently being used by over 100,000 parents in 21 states, plus Puerto Rico and Guam. Meet the Meals Plus Support Team – Cassie

Get to know the members of the Meals Plus Technical Support Staff. Cassie is one of our Technical Account Specialists. After working with Cassie Diane Petermann of ePos Business Solutions said, “Cassie is an outstanding service rep! All of my issues were addressed in a professional and timely manner.”

K12 cafeteria management software?How long have you been at Meals Plus?
Cassie : I’ve been with Meals Plus a little less than a year but I’ve been working with software and support in various capacities for well… longer than I’d like to say!

TD: What duties and responsibilities does your position entail?
C: The majority of my time is spent assisting our Meals Plus customers via the Help Desk. I also travel to schools to train and assist with new installations and ‘going live’ of the software.

TD: What aspects of your position do you enjoy the most?
C: I like being able to connect with our customers on a day-to-day basis. Additionally, there’s always something new happening always a new puzzle to solve. It keeps the job exciting!

TD: What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
C: I love dogs and enjoy volunteering with a local canine rescue organization. I am a big sports fan too, especially of the St. Louis Rams, Boston Red Sox and Duke basketball. I also enjoy singing and playing guitar, both live and in the studio. My husband and I also tinker on our Toyota trucks in our spare time.

TD: What was your favorite meal when you were in school?
C: It was definitely the octagon pizza!

New Meals Plus Support Site Officially Launched

The Meals Plus team includes both a development staff that makes our school cafeteria software user-friendly and a knowledgeable support staff ready to help you when you need it.  We want you to have access to any information you may need, whether it’s online user manuals, archived webinars or easy access to our Remote Support. That’s why we have launched our new and improved Meals Plus Tech Support WebSite!

The site is now easier to navigate and has more information available you to at the click of a mouse. Use the “Search” box to easily sort through Help documents, downloads, demonstration videos and more. You can even submit a form to schedule remote or on-site training. Don’t forget to “meet the team” you’ve probably already “met” over the phone!
