Get to know the members of the Meals Plus Technical Support Staff. Cassie is one of our Technical Account Specialists. After working with Cassie Diane Petermann of ePos Business Solutions said, “Cassie is an outstanding service rep! All of my issues were addressed in a professional and timely manner.”
?How long have you been at Meals Plus? Cassie : I’ve been with Meals Plus a little less than a year but I’ve been working with software and support in various capacities for well… longer than I’d like to say!
TD: What duties and responsibilities does your position entail? C: The majority of my time is spent assisting our Meals Plus customers via the Help Desk. I also travel to schools to train and assist with new installations and ‘going live’ of the software.
TD: What aspects of your position do you enjoy the most? C: I like being able to connect with our customers on a day-to-day basis. Additionally, there’s always something new happening always a new puzzle to solve. It keeps the job exciting!
TD: What do you enjoy doing in your free time? C: I love dogs and enjoy volunteering with a local canine rescue organization. I am a big sports fan too, especially of the St. Louis Rams, Boston Red Sox and Duke basketball. I also enjoy singing and playing guitar, both live and in the studio. My husband and I also tinker on our Toyota trucks in our spare time.
TD: What was your favorite meal when you were in school? C: It was definitely the octagon pizza!
